We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
International tax and duty: International shipment are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fee/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. VANQUEST has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Due to high international shipping costs and tax and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items. If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. VANQUEST reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether VANQUEST signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Warranty & Return Policy
100-DAY RETURN POLICY: If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your gear for a refund or an exchange within 100 days of your purchase. We will approve your request if the merchandise has no visible sign of use, and is in resalable condition with original packaging, tags, and receipt. Restocking fee may apply if the returned goods appear used or if the original packaging is missing. This 100-Day Return Policy only applies to gear purchased directly from www.VANQUEST.com. If you purchase from AMAZON.com, EBAY.com, or a dealer, please contact the resellers to find out more about their return policies.
We only refund products purchased directly from VANQUEST. Original shipping and delivery not refundable. We ship international.
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your orders. We will try our best to ship most orders received before 12:00PM (PST) the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, holidays, and certain dates that we announce on the website.
We ship UPS and US Postal Service (USPS). We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any transit time offered by VANQUEST only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you prefer your order to be delivered by a certain date, or if you have any special delivery instructions (such as Saturday Delivery), please let us know during checkout, but again, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive.
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to obtain a shipping estimate.
VANQUEST shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical, Illustration, and Price Errors
VANQUEST make every effort to provide you with an error-free Web site. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing, or error in illustration, VANQUEST shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
