Hydrate for your health and well-being.
Staying hydrated fights off fatigue, regulates your body temperature, helps lubricate your joints, and keeps your organs functioning properly. It's easy to see the crucial role hydration plays in our day-to-day lives. Vanquest designs packs with the two most common ways of carrying water: bottles or hydration bladders. With thoughtfully built-in hydration support, we help keep you hydrated and ready for your next adventure.
Multiple hydration carry options for your hiking backpack.
When out enjoying nature and its beauty, is when we are most aware of staying hydrated, so keep your options open. Some may prefer to take along a full hydration bladder with water inside plus a bottle for electrolyte drinks or refreshing hot beverages.
Our largest pack, the MARKHOR-45 backpack includes a dedicated sleeve inside that supports hydration bladders up to 3 Liters. At the top of the sleeve, we include a hook & loop retention strap to hold the bladder upright and hose ports for easy routing onto shoulder straps. On the outside, we also include two dedicated side pockets that can fit bottles 3.5” in diameter for quick and easy access or stowage while on the move.
Daily carry water bottles on the side of your backpack.
For your everyday carry (EDC) pack, the TRIDENT-21 and TRIDENT-32 backpack give you two water carry options: hydration bladder and bottle. The rear compartment is dedicated for a hydration bladder with hose ports. On the side, there is a built-in pocket that fits bottles 3”/3.5” in diameter respectively, using a zipper with gusseted fabric to expand. Elastic retention is provided to keep items upright and secured in this pocket, making it great for small umbrellas or tripods.
You can also attach the modular HYDRA bottle holder onto any external MOLLE webbing surface, perfect for packs without built-in hydration carry. It fits small to large bottles of any shape, adjusts for height and width, and features elastic cord retention at the top. When not in use, the HYDRA closes flat for low-profile carry, plus it’s perfect to stuff a light windbreaker in when open.
Carry water bottles on the inside of your backpack.
Sometimes, you may want to carry containers and bottles inside of your backpack. This keeps the sleek, low-profile footprint of the bag and protects your bottle from loss or damage. The office and school friendly ADDAX-18 and ADDAX-25 backpacks come with two bottle pockets located in the main compartment. Both mesh pockets collapse, and snap closed when not in use, and they have elastic retention to keep your bottle or items upright in place. These pockets will fit bottles up to 3.5” in diameter and double as extra mesh storage pockets.
Side water bottle carry options for your messenger bags.
Having easily accessible side pockets for drinks or stashing a small organizer pouch is a helpful feature on your daily carry messenger bag. We designed two different styles of side bottle pockets: one for the ENVOY-13 or ENVOY-17 and one for the GOFER-15 messenger bags. These external pockets expand to fit bottles from 3” to 3.5” diameter and keep a low profile when not in use. The difference lies in how they expand the space to store a bottle. The ENVOY uses a zipper with gusseted fabric to expand the pocket during use, while the GOFER has 4-way stretch fabric that conforms to a bottle or oddly shaped item and naturally sits flat when not in use. Either one provides convenient access to drinks for your carrying solution.
