Shipping

It's our goal to process & ship your orders that come in before 1:00 P.M. PST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and special closures). Processing may take longer if we need to clarify shipping- or payment-related issues (or after a major sales event). You can contact us at 949-216-8880 or info@vanquest.com for more information.

Orders are not processed/shipped during weekends, holidays, and special closures that we announce on the website. To view our Hours & Closures, click HERE. During special sales events (Black Friday & Year-End Sale), orders may take 1-3 business days to process due to high volume.

For buyer protection, we may not change the shipping method selected (i.e. change of address, re-routing, change to a different carrier, A.M. delivery, weekend delivery). All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided on the order, so please ensure your address is correct and complete.

US Orders

For US orders, we ship FedEx and US Postal Service (USPS). If you receive FREE shipping, we will ship your order via the most economical method that delivers to your area (usually FedEx Smart Post, or US Postal Service). We will provide you with a tracking number (with an estimated delivery time provided by the carrier). However, we cannot guarantee the delivery date, nor can we re-route your package once shipped.

If you have any special delivery instructions, (such as “leave it behind the gate”, “leave it with my assistant”, etc.) please let us know during checkout in the "Order Comments" section.

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing unless your order qualifies for free shipping. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to obtain a shipping estimate.

International Orders

For international orders, we ship US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number (with an estimated delivery time). However, we cannot guarantee the delivery date, nor can we re-route your package once shipped.

Please Note: We do not offer free international shipping, and you are responsible for customs duty and/or other import taxes/fees to your country which are not included in our pricing or shipping estimates/charges. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to obtain a shipping estimate.
